Refund and Return Policy

At FlowerDeliveryTokyo.com, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering every flower arrangement and gift order to ensure it reaches the recipient in excellent condition.

Since flowers and many gift items are perishable products, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. If you experience any problem with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are committed to reviewing your concern and providing the most suitable solution quickly and fairly.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation 5 days or more before the delivery date:
    Customers are eligible for a full refund after deducting a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total order value, whichever amount is higher.

  • Cancellation 3 days before the delivery date:
    Customers will receive a refund of 50% of the total order amount.

  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the delivery date:
    No refund will be provided due to the preparation and delivery arrangements already in progress.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and certain gift products, we do not offer refunds for delivered items. However, we may provide a replacement in case of valid issues.

A replacement may be arranged if:

  • The delivered item is faulty or does not match the ordered product.

  • The item is damaged during transportation.

  • The customer reports the issue within 24 hours after delivery.

  • The recipient can return the item in the same condition as it was delivered within 3 working days.

Please note:

  • Items cannot be exchanged for different products.

  • Replacement approval depends on the nature of the issue and supporting details provided by the customer.

  • We may request photos or other information to verify the problem before processing a replacement.
